365Cycles engaged Litcom to help optimize its supply chain and support the introduction of new products and suppliers.
To achieve the desired results, Litcom conducted a series of engagements that were focused on designing, developing, testing, and deploying a set of independent programs, using an iterative Agile approach, in order to integrate existing eCommerce applications. As well, Litcom developed new applications to address gaps in the existing application suite. All programs were developed in Java and deployed in an Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environment that Litcom setup and configured, on behalf of 365 Cycles, to provide access to the various files and APIs.
Litcom also continues to support 365 Cycles by providing monthly application development support that includes making adaptive, functional, corrective, and perfective changes to existing custom applications, developing new programs or algorithms for new requirements, maintaining programs and data according to previously agreed upon Business-As-Usual work, and providing support and guidance to any additional developers that 365 Cycles may choose to hire.
365 Cycles grew out of Keene, NH selling bicycle components, apparel, and accessories since 2012. Today they operate multiple brick and mortar stores, in Keene, NH and Lancaster, PA.
