He has experience in a variety of industry sectors including retail, financial services, insurance, professional services, associations and regulation. He has had responsibility and accountability for business systems, software development, communications and IT operations. John is focused on getting results through building relationships, developing strategic plans to align with business needs, and building high performing, customer-focused teams.
