We engaged Litcom to assess how to get the most out of our IT function.  Litcom conducted a rapid and thorough review by first understanding our business strategy and direction and then reviewing our IT direction and capabilities.   They further helped us by acting as Centric’s Interim CIO while they supported our search for a fulltime CIO.

Specifically, Litcom worked in collaboration with our executive management team, key business users and IT team to develop the necessary IT strategies and plans to support our business strategy. As Interim CIO, Litcom re-aligned the IT organization to better serve our organization, improved our IT governance processes and launched a series of strategic IT projects to support our business while also providing day-to-day operating oversight. Finally Litcom re-established an IT Steering Committee to review and prioritize strategic IT projects.  Currently, Litcom is managing strategic projects on our behalf.
