Gateway engaged Litcom to conduct a search on our behalf to fill a new role in our organization: Vice President, Information Technology.
Litcom conducted a structured recruitment process, based on information from our position profile as well as our subsequent discussions regarding the search details. Leveraging Litcom’s current database of highly qualified IT professionals as well as their structured recruiting process, Litcom canvassed the market for viable candidates. They conducted interviews with candidates and prepared summary documentation for our review and input. They also conducted a status update meeting/call with us to review viable candidates and organize next steps.
