Litcom’s unique Contract-to Hire staffing solution provides our clients with an exceptional opportunity.  Now our clients can engage a consultant for a specific project on contract with the option of hiring them on a full-time basis, if there is sufficient demand and the consultant’s skills and capabilities are a good permanent match.

Contract-to-Hire staffing provides clients with an option of hiring the candidate after an initial six-month contract. The Contract-to-Hire staffing solution enables our clients to review the consultant’s core skills, including on the job interpersonal and presentation skills, prior to making a hiring commitment.
