Alyssa has over 10 years of experience in client-focused accounting and consulting, with strong technical skills in finance, financial audits, value-for-money audits, performance management audits, and personal income tax. She earned a Bachelor in Applied Management in Accounting from UNB while working as a junior accountant and auditor at local accounting firms. Alyssa honed her auditing expertise as an Internal Auditor and Consultant for the Government of New Brunswick, where she led a small team, conducting audits, investigations, and projects across various government departments and external partners. Most recently, she has taken on a role in procurement and Project Coordination for an ERP project, advancing her skills in finance and financial systems.

Alyssa is also a proud mother of three and an active community volunteer. She contributes to local sports organizations and the Parent School Support Committee, and she has held multiple executive positions on the Loch Lomond Home & School Association, which is dedicated to enriching the lives of students and the broader community.
