Arla Leipciger is a Senior consultant and Chief Financial Officer with Litcom. She has been involved in providing strategic and tactical financial management consulting services for the over 20 years. Arla’s consulting experience has included interim CFO, feasibility studies, budgets and forecasts, assistance with business plans and selection and implementation of accounting systems.

Prior to joining Litcom, Arla was the Director of Finance (CFO) for Caremark, a national health care company. Other positions included various roles at Baxter Corporation and Laventhol and Horwath as well as lecturer positions with York University and the CMA program.

Arla is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.
