Dov’s role at Litcom focuses on strategic planning and business development and driving the growth of the firm and expansion into new markets and services.

Dov spent the past 35 years with Korn Ferry , a leading global organizational consulting firm.

While at Korn Ferry , Dov held various roles including Managing Partner , Toronto and Managing Financial Services – Canada. He worked across various sectors including financial services , private equity , and real estate amongst others.

Dov started his career with RBC in Commercial Lending and holds a Bachelors in Economics from the University of Ottawa and an MBA from York University.
