Stephen Pinkus is a Senior Associate with Litcom. He specializes in leading programs/project focused on large scale technology and strategic change. Stephen has over eleven years of Program/Project Management and Change Management design and implementation consulting experience at firms such as Cap Gemini and The Effectiveness Edge. In addition, he has over ten years of managerial experience in senior management positions for companies such as Unilever, Caterpillar and BASF.
During his career, Stephen has managed complex projects leveraging teams of consultants and/or clients. These projects include both designing and managing plans for major ERP and Business Intelligence initiatives, managing strategic transformation and Change initiatives, and creating and managing training and development plans. Stephen’s clients have included The Ministry of Health and Long Term Care; Ontario Power Generation, Plexxus; The Ministry of Health Promotion and Sport; The Toronto District School Board; Canadian Tire, Labatt’s, Canadian Pacific, BMO Nesbitt Burns, CIBC and Hydro One.
Stephen is a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP), Prosci Change Management certified, qualified in Meyers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and has an Advanced Level Certification with the Ontario Society for Training and Development (PDAP). In addition, he holds a BA from York University and an MBA from The University of Windsor.
Stephen has recently published a book ‘Big Change: A 10-Step Plan to Lead Organizational Transformations from the Inside‘, that provides organizations with the insights, guidance, tools and advice to allow them to lead their large transformations themselves.
